All Properties in Glen Vista are governed by Covenants and By Laws, regardless  of ‘paying member’ or not.  It is important to know that covenants, restrictions and obligations are tied to the land.  There  are consequences to you if you don’t, or can’t, comply with those restrictions and obligations.
