Covenants
All Properties in Glen Vista are governed by Covenants and By Laws, regardless of ‘paying member’ or not. It is important to know that covenants, restrictions and obligations are tied to the land. There are consequences to you if you don’t, or can’t comply with those restrictions and obligations. See FAQ #3.

Covenant Compliance
The GVPOA Covenants originated with the declaration made by the land developer and are filed with the Fremont County Clerk and Recorder. Covenants “run with the land”, a legal phrase meaning they apply to all subsequent purchasers. All Covenants are included as part of the Deed, and all properties in GVPOA (all Filings) are required to abide by the covenants. Covenants are accessible on the Covenants tab above.
