Dues

Effective January 1, 2027, POA dues will be:

  • Filings 1-8: $125 per lot, per year (until full annexation is achieved) 
  • Filings 9-16: $210 per lot, per year

Per our association’s governing documents, early payments cannot be offered for 2027.

Annual payments are due no later than July 1st. A $25 late fee will be assessed to each property that is not received on or prior to July 1st as well as an 8% accrued interest penalty will be assessed monthly.

All Glen Vista parcels are governed by the recorded Declaration of Covenants and the GVPOA By-Laws. The Association has authority under the recorded governing documents to set assessments and, where authorized, record liens as described in those documents.

Due to the cost of some services and logistics of others we are unable to utilize Paypal, Venmo, Zelle and/or Credit Card Payments.

Please pay by the following:

Check or Money Order

  • Check: To pay by check, please include the top portion of your invoice along with your Filing, Block, and Lot number on your check
  • Money Order: To pay by money order, please include the top portion of your invoice along with your Filing, Block, and Lot number on your money order (money orders are obtainable from your bank, Walmart, grocery stores, 7/11 and many other places)

Wire Transfer

  • Wire Transfer Domestically $16 or Internationally $18: Please email Treasurer at director2@glenvista-colorado.org indicating that would like to pay by wire transfer and we will email the instructions to you.

Note: Effective October 1, 2026, Glen Vista POA will transition management services to Warren Management Group, who will oversee and set fees for status letters and property transfers. Details regarding their home sales process will be updated on this page as soon as information becomes available.
